Parking: Parking is available next to the subway building off Oakland Ave.
Reservations: Because for demand of services are high, we recommend making appointments in advance. However, feel free to call on short notice. We may have openings or last minute cancellations. Please call (217) 202-9175 during spa hours and I will get back with you ASAP.
For faster appointments you can now schedule on-line.
Late Arrivals: If you are running late, a phone call is appreciated. Your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment, which will end at the originally scheduled so that the next appointment can begin on time. Regardless of arrival time, the normal treatment fee remains unchanged. For some treatments, late arrivals can not be accommodated and will need to be rescheduled.
Appointments: New clients please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Established clients come at your appointed time.
Cancellations: Scheduled services are the core of our business. Because spa services are reserved especially for you, we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance to change or cancel single service appointments without penalty. Penalty for insufficient notice will be the cost of 50% of the services scheduled.
No Shows: If you no show for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the 90% of your service price at your next scheduled service.
Rescheduled Appointments: I understand life happens, if you are unable to make your appointment for some unforeseen reason and you reschedule your appointment for the same week, no charges will occur.
Confirmation Call: A confirmation will come from the on-line scheduling system called Schedulicity. Here you may create your account and cancel your appointment or change it within 24 hours.
Gift Certificates: G.C. are available at the spa, by mail, or may be charged by telephone for any denomination. They are non refundable and not redeemable for cash
Payment: Preferred form of payment is cash or check. Visa, MasterCard, Discover are accepted
Tipping: Is tipping appropriate? Yes, but at your discretion. A general guideline would be between 15% to 20%.
Return Policy: Product may not be returned if opened. Gift Certificates are non cash refundable.
